Delete it in the app
- Open Chopadi and tap You.
- Tap Privacy and data.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.
Want a copy first?
Tap Download your data before you delete. The file is made on your phone, so we never need your email for it.
What gets deleted
- Your email address or phone number
- Your name
- Your kitchen, chats and Cookbook
- Your shopping list
- Your preferences, such as foods you don’t eat
- Messages you sent us
They’re removed from every phone you’re signed in on. We delete them from our servers straight away. A small amount may be kept longer only if the law requires it.
Cooking as a guest?
Guest data is saved on your phone, not on our servers. Chat messages pass through our servers to get a reply, but we don’t keep them. To wipe your data, open Chopadi and go to You, then Privacy and data, then Delete everything on this phone. Deleting the app from your phone removes it too.
Can’t open the app?

Email hello@chopadi.com with the email address or phone number you signed in with. We’ll check it’s really you before
we delete anything, and let you know when it’s done. Chopadi is run by Kolawole Ibrahim, trading as Madebykay Designs.
